Shipping & Returns

Items are shipped by a carrier of our choosing and are free for most items to the 48 States with an order over $99. We may ship outside of the 48 States for an additional fee. Packages are usually sent out within 24 to 48 hours of ordering if purchased Monday - Friday. Orders over the weekend may incur additional handling times. Most items arrive within 5 business days. Some items are heavy weight and may incur additional shipping charges.

Returns are accepted with 14 days of purchase. All items must be in brand new condition in the original box with all packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is defective. The customer must obtain an RA# number by emailing info@heritageproducts.com before returning the item. Any package received without an RA# will not be accepted.
